Whether you're in faculty administration, the student union or running a student family's trip, KemeTrip gets you offers from travel agencies and shows who has confirmed and who has paid, in one place. You pay us nothing.
A university, college or institute applies as an institution. If you're in a student union or a student family, we may ask for an official stamped letter from the faculty or the student union naming the trip coordinator. Don't have one yet? Apply anyway, and we'll contact you and get you offers from travel agencies.
Write the request once: destination, dates, number of students and budget. Travel agencies we have reviewed by hand send their offers, and you see them side by side (price per student, transport, meals, accommodation and supervisors) and choose one.
Paste the names from Excel: name, faculty or year, phone and email. Each student gets their own link by WhatsApp or email and confirms their own place, with no account needed.
Online payment isn't available yet; it's coming soon. For now students pay the organisers in cash, you record each amount against the student, in instalments if needed, and each student sees what they have paid and what remains on their link.
Universities pay KemeTrip nothing. KemeTrip is paid by the travel agency, as a commission out of the trip price, and KemeTrip adds no separate charge to the student's price.
The travel agency runs and invoices the trip. KemeTrip never holds trip money.
