Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KemeTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2.About KemeTrip

KemeTrip is an online marketplace that connects travelers with verified, independent travel agencies operating in Egypt. KemeTrip itself does not organize, operate, or lead trips; the agencies listed on the platform are solely responsible for the trips they offer.

3.Bookings & Payments

When you book a trip, you enter into a direct agreement with the agency offering it. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paymob. Prices, availability, and trip details are set by the agencies and may change until a booking is confirmed.

4.Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a confirmed booking from your account, subject to the schedule below. The refund amount is calculated from the trip's start date at the moment you cancel and is then processed manually by our team.

Refund schedule:

- Less than 3 days before trip date: Not eligible for a refund.

- Between 3 and 7 days before trip date: 50% refund of the amount paid.

- 7 or more days before trip date: Full refund minus a 3% payment processing fee.

Approved refunds take 5 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account. Agencies may offer additional cancellation terms, which are shown before you complete a booking.

5.Agency & Platform Responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the delivery of their services. KemeTrip provides the technology that enables discovery, booking, and communication, but is not a party to the travel services themselves.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KemeTrip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a trip operated by a third-party agency, including changes, cancellations, or the quality of services provided.

7.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

8.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown above, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
