Organising a school trip

Write the request once: destination, dates, number of students, budget and any special requirements. Travel agencies on KemeTrip send their offers on that request, and we review every agency by hand before it can send one. Each agency sees only its own offer, never what other agencies quoted.

Side by side, in the same format: price per student, transport, meals, accommodation, insurance, entry tickets and number of supervisors. You can open each agency's page before you choose. Choosing an offer creates the trip.

Paste your class list from Excel: name, class, and the guardian's name, phone and email. Each student gets a personal link for their guardian, which you can send with a WhatsApp button from your phone; if you entered the guardian's email, we email the link too. The guardian opens it, sees the trip details and the amount, and approves or declines, with no account needed. You see who has answered as it happens.

Online payment isn't available yet; it's coming soon. For now guardians pay the school as usual, and a staff member records each amount against the student, in instalments if needed. The guardian sees every payment on their link, and you see what has been paid and what remains for each student. A record is never deleted: if there is a mistake, the school's administrator reverses it, and the reversal stays visible.

Withdraw them from the list. They stop counting toward the trip, and their consent and any payments recorded for them stay on record.

No. KemeTrip never receives, holds or pays out trip money. It passes directly between guardians, the school and the agency, which runs and invoices the trip.
