School trips in Egypt are still organised the hard way: quotes collected on WhatsApp, permission slips on paper, and a notebook to track who has paid. KemeTrip puts all of that in one place. A school or university describes the trip it wants, travel agencies send their offers, and the school compares them and chooses one. Then it builds the student list, sends each guardian — or, at a university, each student — a personal consent link, and records the money it receives, so everyone can see where things stand.
We believe organising a school trip deserves the same care as the trip itself. KemeTrip is a technology platform, not a travel company: the trip is run and invoiced by the travel agency, and the agreement is between the school and that agency. Our job is to bring the two together, make their offers easy to compare, and give the school a clear record of who is going and who has given permission.
Every agency is reviewed by hand before it can send an offer, and agencies applying today must give their tourism licence number. KemeTrip never receives, holds or pays out the trip money — it passes directly between guardians, the school and the agency.
