How this stays safe

Every agency reviewed by hand

Every agency is reviewed by hand before it can send an offer, and agencies applying today must give their tourism licence number. The trip is run and invoiced by the agency — KemeTrip is the technology, not the travel company.

Secured payment

When online payment opens, it will run through a licensed payment gateway. KemeTrip never holds the trip money and never stores card details.

A written refund policy

Refunds follow the agency's own cancellation terms — a school should ask for them in writing before choosing an offer. Whoever received the money is the one who returns it.
